FIGARO’S ACADEMY – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please note that during times of mandatory closure, caused by unforeseen matters, such as to the presence of Covid-19, we are not able to perform any reimbursements. Fees and inscription amount already paid regarding our Academy will instead be kept as a deposit.
All students have the right to use these amounts with the same value to reschedule Courses & Workshops at any time convenient for both Students and Academy up to one calendar year after re-opening of the Academy.

I. WORKSHOPS

1.Hot Towel Shave & Beard Trim 2-days Workshop

  • € 385,00 – VAT included;
  • € 150,00 nonrefundable inscription fee;
  • Your spot will be secured after payment confirmation of the inscription fee;
  • Although only inscription fee is mandatory, students can also pay the full amount upfront. In these cases, Figaro’s Academy has the following cancellation/refund rules:
    • If cancelled up to 15 working days before the starting date, we will refund € 235,00;
    • If cancelled within 15 working days before the starting date, Figaro’s will keep all the amounts paid.

2. Classic Haircuts 3-days Workshop

  • € 550,00 – VAT included;
  • € 200,00 nonrefundable inscription fee;
  • Your spot will be secured once we confirm the payment of the inscription fee;
  • Although only the inscription fee is mandatory, students can also pay the full amount upfront. In these cases, Figaro’s Academy has the following cancellation/refund rules:
    • If cancelled up to 15 working days before the starting date, we will refund € 350,00;
    • If cancelled within 15 working days before the starting date, Figaro’s will keep all the amounts paid.

II. COURSES

3. Intensive Courses – 1 & 2 weeks

1 week

  • € 1045,00 – VAT included;
  • € 300,00 nonrefundable inscription fee;
  • € 745,00 tuition fee;
  • Your spot will only be confirmed once we receive the amount of the inscription fee;
  • Although only inscription fee is mandatory, students can also pay the full amount upfront. In these cases, Figaro’s Academy has the following cancellation/refund rules:
    • If cancelled up to 20 working days before the starting date, the tuition fee and 40% of the inscription fee are refundable;
    • If cancelled within 15 working days before the starting date, Figaro’s will keep both the inscription and tuition fee.
    •  If cancelled after the starting date, Figaro’s will keep both the inscription and tuition fee.

2 weeks

  • € 1870,00 – VAT included;
  • € 500,00 nonrefundable inscription fee;
  • € 1.370,00 tuition fee;
  • Your spot will only be confirmed once we receive the amount of the inscription fee;
  • Although only inscription fee is mandatory, students can also pay the full amount upfront. In these cases, Figaro’s Academy has the following cancellation/refund rules:
  • If cancelled up to 20 working days before the starting date, the tuition fee and 40% of the inscription fee are refundable;
  • If cancelled up to 15 working days before the starting date, we will only refund the tuition fee;
  •  If cancelled within 15 working days before the starting date, Figaro’s will keep both the inscription and tuition fee.
  •  If cancelled after the starting date, Figaro’s will keep both the inscription and tuition fee.

4.Intensive 4 week Course 

  • € 1.320,00 – VAT included;
  • € 400,00 nonrefundable inscription fee;
  • € 920,00 tuition fee;
  • Your spot will only be confirmed after payment of the inscription fee;
  • Although only inscription fee is mandatory, students can also pay the full amount upfront or by instalments, Figaro’s Academy has the following cancellation/refund rules:
  • If cancelled up to 25 working days before the starting date, the tuition fee and 40% of the inscription fee are refundable;
  • If cancelled up to 20 working days before the starting date, we will only refund the tuition fee;
  •  If cancelled within 20 working days before the starting date, Figaro’s will keep both the inscription and tuition fee.
  • If cancelled after the starting date, Figaro’s will keep both the inscription and tuition fee.

5. Personalized Barber Courses – 1 month or up

  •  30 % nonrefundable inscription fee;
  •  Followed by monthly tuition fee;
  • Your spot will only be confirmed after payment of the inscription fee;
  • Although only inscription fee is mandatory, students can also pay the full amount upfront or by instalments, Figaro’s Academy has the following cancellation/refund rules for tailor made courses:
  • If cancelled up to 25 working days before the starting date, the tuition fee (in case any has been collected) and 40% of the inscription fee are refundable;
  • If cancelled up to 20 working days before the starting date, we will only refund the tuition fee (in case any has been collected);before the starting date, we will only refund the tuition fee (if paid in full);
  • If cancelled within 20 working days before the starting date, Figaro’s will keep both the inscription and tuition fee.
  • If the Student cancels after the start of the course, Figaro’s will keep both the inscription and last collected tuition fee. Student will only be released from paying further fees related to the course and reserves the right to receive receipt of all fees collected so far.
Note: All above mentioned refundable amounts include 23% VAT
